In this course, I will share with you how to paint a floral cake inspired by French Impressionist Monet, using a palette knife with Swiss meringue buttercream. From inspiration, to drafting the layout to finishing touches, you’ll learn how to create a garden that mimics the soft expression of oils. I will also demonstrate how I create my completely edible organic free-flowing wafer flowers (without any wires/foam balls) to add dimension to the finished cake.

What people are saying about my courses
"I just wanted to message and tell you HOW MUCH I loved your recent course. You have an excellent teaching style that is not only informative and full of practical tips, but is approachable and kind. Usually I am not taking a course to learn a basic concept but to learn the special skills that a particular artist is strong in. You managed to convey BOTH concepts. Which is super rare in an instructor. You taught us to make the flowers,...But you also managed to convey how you see the flower. What moves you and inspires you. That is such a rare gift in the teaching world. So thank you again for your course ❤️ I think it was fantastic!"
